- In case you've missed the warnings, spending time in the sun is no joke—it increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To reduce this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with broad-spectrum SPF 15 (or higher) along with other sun-protective measures like:
- Limiting your time in the sun, especially between 10AM and 2PM
- Applying a water-resistant sunscreen if you're going for a swim or sweating
- Wearing long-sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses (the bigger, the better)
